"Look to your right when driving up I-45 from Galveston to Houston at night. Those lights are not the Emerald City, and this ain't Oz. I was drawn this night to take the exit toward Texas City and drive the road that leads to this Emerald City of Stink. I'm afraid I couldn't leave this photo as shot, and felt compelled to monkey with it. This is the result."
